1/4 c Butter
1/4 c Apple cider
2 tb Prepared mustard
4 Fish steaks
Melt butter in a skillet. Spread surface of fish steaks with mustard.
Add cider to butter and sautee steaks ten minutes on a side in this
mixture. Also for: Any large fish steak will work. Suggestions: SUBST
