   1 1/2 c  Mayonnaise
       2 c  Cracker crumbs, rolled
  
   Dry oysters and dip in mayonnaise, then in cracker crumbs, then in
   mayonnaise, then again last in cracker crumbs. Deep-fry until rich
   brown. Have the fat or cooking oil very hot and handle oysters as
