Title: BROCCOLI WITH LEMON & GARLIC

      24 oz Ready-cut broccoli florets
       2 cl Garlic
       3 tb Olive oil
       3 tb Fresh lemon juice
            Salt
  
   Steam broccoli till tender but firm, 4-6 minutes. Meanwhile, mince the
   garlic.  Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat, add the
   garlic saute one minute. Add the cooked broccoli, lemon juice and
   salt to taste. cooking briefly to combine.
