       4    Serranos;cut in thin strips
       1 lb French cut green beans
       2 tb Orange juice
       2 ts Orange zest
     1/4 c  Butter or margarine
     1/4 c  Light brown sugar
  
   Combine the chiles, green beans, orange juice, and orange zest. Allow
   to marinate for an hour. Melt the margarine,add the sugar and heat
   until dissolved. Add the green bean mixture and simmer until the
