Title: TURKEY CHILI ADIOS

       3 c  Cooked, minced turkey
       1 md Onion chopped
       1 c  Canned kidney beans, drained
       1    4 oz. can green chiles
       2 ts Chili powder
       1 ts Cumin powder
       2    Ribs celery, chopped
       3 c  Turkey or chicken broth
       1 c  Raw rice
       1    6 oz. can tomato paste
       1 ts Prepared mustard
  
   Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and cover and simmer, stirring
   occasionally until rice is tender, about 35 minutes. For thicker,
   richer chili, puree one small can of kidney beans in a blender or
