Title: NUT BUTTER SPREAD

       Yield: 2 Cups
  
       2 c  Nuts; cashews, pecans,
            -walnuts, almonds
       1 c  Sunflower seed kernels
       1 c  Sesame seeds
            Oil
            Honey; to taste
  
   Place the nuts, sunflower seed kernels and seeds in an electric
   blender and blend until fine. Add enough oil to blend them to a
   paste. Sweeten with honey.
   
   Store in covered jar in the refrigerator. Yield: about two cups.
