MICROWAVE STRAWBERRY JAM

      Title: MICROWAVE STRAWBERRY JAM

       1 c  Crushed strawberries
       2 ts Lemon juice
     3/4 c  Sugar
     1/4 ts Butter
  
   1.   Stir together strawberries, lemon juice, sugar and butter in an
   8-cup microwave-safe measuring cup.
   
   2.   Microwave on 100 percent power for 4 minutes, then stir and
   continue to microwave at 100 percent power for 4 minutes. Pour into
   covered container, cool and refrigerate.
