Title: LOWFAT PESTO

       Yield: 6 Servings
  
       2 c  Chopped fresh basil leaves
       1 c  Chopped flat leaf parsley
     1/4 c  Toasted breadcrumbs
       2    Cloves minced garlic
       3 tb Light miso paste
     1/4    - 1/3 cup water
       2 tb Grated parmesean (optional)
  
   in food processor, combine everything except water. pulse til finely
   minced. with machine running, slowly add water until it reaches
   desired consistency. serve with pasta or whatever your heart desires!
