Title: STEAMED SPICED SHRIMP

       Yield: 2 Servings
  
     1/2 c  Vinegar
       1 tb Or more of seafood seasoning
       1 ts Salt
     1/2 c  Water
       1 lb Shrimp
  
   1) Place vinegar; seafood seasoning to taste, salt, and water in
   saucepan; bring to a boil.
   
   2) Add shrimp to saucepan; toss gently. Cover tightly and steam over
   high heat until shrimp are tender., about 2-5 minutes depending on
   the size of the shrimp.
   
   3) Drain shrimp. Remove shells and devein. Serve hot or cold.
