Title: SHRIMP QUICHE

       Yield: 1 Servings
  
       1 cn Crescent rolls (8 oz.)
       1 tb Parmesan cheese (or more)
       2 c  Monterey Jack cheese, cubed
       2 ea Eggs, slightly beaten
            Salt & pepper to taste
       2 cn Shrimp (4 1/2 oz.)
       2 ts Green onions, chopped OR
       2 ts Parsley, chopped
  
      Place 5 dinner rolls in pie pan.  Press out inpan to form thin
   crust. Combine remaining ingreds., pour into crust. Roll out
   remaining rolls, cut into strips, twist for lattice and place on top.
   
      Bake 50-60 min. at 325 F.
   
      NOTE:  For Ham Quiche, substitute 2 c. Swiss cheese and 8 or 9 oz.
   of either deviled ham or 1/2 c. of chopped, cooked ham.
