            Lemon juice
            Soy sauce
            White wine
            Fish for broiling
  
   Mix marinade to taste.  Pour over fish for 45 minutes. No oil or
   butter is needed for cooking.  To retain moisture, pour 3/4 inch of
   water into bottom of broiling pan.
