Title: PINEAPPLE SHRIMP

       Yield: 4 Servings
  
   2 1/2 c  Pineapple chunks
       3 tb Pickle syrup
     3/4 ts Salt
     1/2 c  Pickles, chopped
       1 tb Cornstarch
       1 lb Shrimp, cooked
       1 x  Rice, cooked
  
   Put pineapple with syrup, pickles, pickle syrup and salt in saucepan.
   Dissolve cornstarch in a little water and add to saucepan. Bring
   mixture to a boil, stirring until clear and thickened. Add the cooked
   shrimp and heat through. Serve on rice.
