Title: QUICKIE HOLLANDAISE SAUCE

     1/2 c  Butter or margarine
     1/8 ts Salt
       2 tb Lemon juice
       3    Egg yolks
  
   In small saucepan, heat butter with lemon juice and salt until
   bubbly. Add slowly to egg yolks, beating constantly. Makes 3/4 cup.
