Title: PROSCIUTTO PICNIC SANDWICH

       Yield: 6 Servings
  
       1    Unsliced round loaf Italian
            - or saudough bread or 1
            - focaccia (8 to 10 inches
            - in diameter)
            Margarine or butter; soften
       4    - 5 crisp large lettuce
            - leaves
     1/2 lb Prosciutto or salami; sliced
       2 md Tomatoes; sliced
            Peppers
       4 oz Sliced Swiss cheese
     1/2 md Cucumber; thinly sliced
       1 lg Onion; sliced
       3 tb Prepared mustard
  
   Cut bread horizontally in half.  Spread margarine over bottom half.
   Layer lettuce, prosciutto and tomatoes on bottom half. Sprinkle with
   pepper. Layer cheese, cucumber and onion on tomatoes. Spread mustard
   over cut side of top half of bread; place on top of sandwich. Secure
   loaf with toothpicks or small skewers. To serve; cut into 6 wedges.
