   1 1/2 lb Pork steak
            Dry Spice Rub
       1 ts Garlic powder
       2 ts Black pepper
     1/2 ts Cayenne pepper
       1 tb Paprika
     1/2 ts Thyme
     1/2 ts Oregano
     1/2 ts Rosemary
     1/2 ts Salt
  
   Combine spices and coat meat. Let stand 30 min. before cooking. Grill
   over medium heat. Sprinkle additional spice when turning
