Title: DRY BARBEQUE RUB

       4 tb Brown sugar
       1 tb Hickory Salt
       1 tb Oregano
       1 tb Cumin
       2 tb Garlic Powder
       2 tb Chili Powder
       2 tb Paprika
       1 tb Onion Powder
       2 tb Mustard, Dry
     1/4 ts Cayenne
  
   Mix dry ingredients thoroughly.  Rub generously into skinless
   chicken, pork chops, or whatever.  Let the meat 'marinate' for an
   hour, then toss on the grill for a slow cooking.
