Title: LIMA BEANS & MUSHROOMS

       1 pk Frozen Lima Beans
       1 lb Fresh Mushrooms
       5    Stalks Celery
     1/4 ts Nutmeg
     1/4 c  Cream or Half & Half
            Paprika
     1/2 md Sized Onion
       1 tb Flour
  
   Cook lima beans according to package directions. Slice up mushrooms,
   mix with drained lima beans. Saute onion in butter and add mushrooms,
   and sliced celery. Cook until tender. Add lima beans. Sprinkle
         1    tablespoon of flour over mixture. Add salt & nutmeg. Stir
   until well blended. Stir in half & half (or cream). Place in serving
   dish. Garnish with paprika and serve.
