       8 oz Breadcrumbs
       4 oz Chopped suet
       2 oz Sugar
       4 oz Currants
       1 oz Peel
       1    Egg
       4 pt Milk
  
   (PWDIN WATCYN WYNNE) Mix the dry ingredients. Beat the egg and add to
   the milk.  Bind the pudding together with the liquid. Cover and boil
   for 3 hours. Serve with Madeira Sauce
