Title: LOUISBERG CAFE BREAD PUDDING

       Yield: 24 Servings
  
       6    Eggs -- beaten
       6 c  Milk
     3/4 c  Sugar
       1 c  Raisins
      12 c  Broken bread, rolls or
            Doughnuts
  
   Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Blend in
     = pieces of bread. Pour mixture into a 13x9x2 baking pan. = Bake at
   350 for 45 minutes or until set.
