Title: GREEN TOMATO MINCEMEAT

       Yield: 3 Servings
  
      12 c  Chopped green tomatoes
      16 c  Apples, unpeeled, cored
       4 c  Chopped sultanas
       2 c  Currants
       1 c  Vinegar
       2 tb Lemon rind
       2 tb Orange rind
       6 c  Sugar
       2 tb Cinnamon
       2 ts Nutmeg
       3 ts Salt
       2 pn Cloves
       8 tb Margarine
  
   1. Chop in processor apples and tomatoes. 2. Add remaining fruit and
   process. 3. Blend everything in a large pot. 4. Cook slowly for 1 1/2
   to 2 hours. 5. Bottle and process in hot water bath.
