Title: CHEDDARY SCALLOPED POTATOES

       Yield: 4 Servings
  
       2 tb Margarine
       1 sm Onion, sliced
       1 cn (10 1/4 oz.) Campbell's NEW
            -Broccoli Cheese Soup
     1/2 c  Milk
     1/8 ts Pepper
       4 md Potatoes, cooked and sliced
            -(about 3 1/2 cups)
  
   In skillet over medium heat, in hot margarine, cook onion until
   tender.
   
   Stir in soup, milk and pepper.  Heat to boiling.  Add potatoes.
   Reduce heat to low.  Cover, simmer for 5 minutes, or until hot and
   bubbling. stirring occasionally.  Garnish with sage if desired.
   
   Makes 4 servings.  Recipe may be doubled.
