Title: BLUE CHEESE POTATOES AU GRATIN

       Yield: 4 Servings
  
       4 lg Potatoes (2 1/2 lbs) peeled
            And
            Sliced 1/4" thick
       1 c  Heavy cream
       1 c  Milk
       2 tb Garlic, finely chopped
     1/2 ts Salt
     1/4 ts Pepper
     1/8 ts Nutmeg
       6 oz Blue cheese
       2 sl White bread, coarsely
            Crumbled
  
   Combine potatoes, cream, milk, garlic, spices and 1/2 cheese. Simmer
   5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Put in an 8" square buttered
   baking dish and top with cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 350F 35-40
   minutes until potatoes are fork tender and top is browned.
