Title: PAPRIKA PORK PATTIES

       6 ea Servings
       6 lg Garlic cloves
     1/4 lb Bacon, diced
       6 tb Ice water
       4 ts Sweet Hungarian paprika
       1 ts Hot Hungarian paprika
     3/4 ts Coarse salt
     1/2 ts Black pepper
     1/2 ts Ground allspice
       1 lb Ground pork
     1/2 c  Chopped drained sauerkraut
  
   With processor running, drop garlic through feed tube and mince. Add
   next 7 ingredients and process until thick paste forms. Add pork and
   combine, using on/off turns Add sauerkraut and just mix in. With
   moistened hands, shape sausage into six 3/4-inch-thick patties;
   arrange on plate. Heat large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add
   sausage patties and cook until brown and just cooked through, about 6
