Title: LOMBO DE PORCO DE MONCAO (SPICY LOIN OF PORK)

       Yield: 4 Servings
  
       2 lb Loin of pork
     1/2 c  Wine, white, dry
       4    Cloves
     1/4 ts Nutmeg
       1    Bay leaf
            Salt
            Pepper, black
      16    Chestnuts, roasted; (opt)
  
   Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Put the meat in a roasting dish with the
   wine, cloves, nutmeg. bay leaf, salt and pepper.  Place the dish in
   the preheated oven and cook for 1 1/2 hours, basting the meat fre-
   quently. Deglaze the cooking juices, season and serve with the sliced
   meat which can be garnished with chestnuts.
