Title: PIZZA DOUGH RECIPE I

       Yield: 6 Servings
  
   1 1/3 c  Water at 45 C (110F)
       1 tb Sugar
       1 tb Yeast
       2 tb Vegetable oil (olive
            -prefered)
       1 ts Salt
       1    Egg
       4 c  Flour
  
   Proof yeast in warm water and sugar.  Add rest of ingredients and
   knead until an elastic dough is formed. Rise once until doubled, beat
   down roll out onto pans and let rest for 15 minutes before topping.
   If time is short, the first rise can be skipped with little quality
   depreciation.
