Title: ZESTY CORN RELISH

       Yield: 6 Servings
  
      17 oz Corn, Whole Kernel, Drained
       4 oz Pimento, Chopped, Drained
     1/3 c  Sweet Relish
     1/3 c  Bell Pepper, Chopped
     1/4 c  Sugar
     1/4 c  Onion, Chopped
     1/4 c  Vinegar
       1 tb Mustard, Prepared
       1 ts Cornstarch
     1/2 ts Celery Seed
  
   In a medium saucepan, combine all ingredients; mix well. Bring to a
   boil and boil for 1-2 minutes or until clear and thickened, stir
   occasionally. Refrigerate for several hours to blend flavors. Store
