Title: PICKLED EGGS

       Yield: 6 Servings
  
       2 c  White vinegar
       2 tb Sugar
       1 ea Medium onion, sliced
       1 ts Salt
       1 ts Mixed pickling spices
      12 ea Hard cooked eggs
  
   Simmer all ingredients (but eggs) in sauce pan for 10 minutes. Put
   eggs in jar and cover with hot mixture. Refrigerate for several
