Title: MOCK HOLLANDAISE SAUCE 2

       Yield: 1 Servings
  
       3 tb Butter or margarine
       3 tb Flour
       1 c  Milk
       2    Egg yolks -- slightly
            Beaten
       2 tb Lemon juice
            Salt and pepper
  
   Heat butter. Stir in flour. Cook for 1 minute. Add milk. Whisk until
   smooth. Remmove form heat. Whisk in egg yolks. Cook for 1 minute.
   Stir in lemon juice. Season to taste. Serve with asparagus, broccoli
   or spinach.
