Title: DRIED TOMATO PASTA SAUCE

       6    Dried tomatoes; cut into 1/8
       6    Dried shiitake mushrooms
       1 bn Green onions; chopped
       2    Cl Garlic; chopped
     1/4 ts Crushed red pepper
     1/4 ts Oregano; optional

   tomatoes (soak in cold water about 20 min), cut into 1/8" stri
   
   Simply saute the red peppers for about 30 seconds, add the garlic,
   saute 30 sec more, add the tomatoes and mushrooms and saute for 1-2
   minutes. Add and black pepper to taste before tossing with pasta.
   Great quick meal for summer!
