Title: RED PEPPER PASTA SAUCE

       1    7 oz. jar
            Drained
       1 c  Ricotta
       2 tb Fresh parsley
       3    Garlic
       1 ts Lemon juice
     1/2 ts Kosher salt
     1/8    To 1/4 t
       2 ts Olive oil
            Roasted red peppers --
            Hot pepper flakes
  
   Proces garlic, oil and lemon juice for 20 sec. Add rest of
   ingredients and process till it reaches desired consistency, Serve
   over fettucini or spread some on sliced semolina bread and broil.
