       4 tb Toasted Sesame Oil
       4 tb Minced Fresh Ginger
       4 tb Minced Scallion
       6 tb Soy Sauce
       4 tb Dark Chinese rice Vinegar,
            -Lt. rice vinegar or
            -Cider vinegar
     1/2 c  Homemade or low salt canned
            -chicken stock
       2 tb Sugar
  
   Mix well. Serve with steamed dumplings.
