       1/2    head garlic, -- chopped
         3 TB olive oil
         1    red pepper, -- seeded and
   :          julienned
         1    yellow pepper, -- seeded and
   :          juilienned
       1/4 c  sundried tomatoes, --
   :          chopped
   :          Fresh ground pepper
       1/4 c  black olives, -- pitted and
   :          chopped
         3    Italian Roma tomatoes, --
   :          peeled, seeded, chopped
         1 pk angle hair pasta, -- cooked
   :          and drained
   
   In large skillet heat garlic in olive oil. When garlic begins to
   brown add peppers. When peppers begin to turn tender add sundried
   tomatoes. Season with black pepper and let simmer for 3 - 5 minutes.
   Add olives and tomatoes. Bring to a simmer. Add pasta and stir to
   cook. Serve hot.
