         4 lg Navel oranges, peeled, --
   :          thinly Sliced rounds
         1 pt lime sorbet
       1/4 c  mango juice
   :          Fresh shredded mint leaves
   
   Sprinkle orange slices with mango juice and toss well. Chill. Drain
   slices and arrange in overlapping fan pattern on plates. Add scoops
   of sorbet to plate and garnish with mint. Serve immediately. You may
   substitute orange juice for mango juice if desired.
