Title: ROASTED OLIVES

       2 c  Black and green olives
            Zest from 1 small orange
            Leaves from 1 large sprig
            -rosemary
   1 1/2 tb Extravirgin olive oil
  
   Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Mix all ingredients in an ovenproof bowl.
   Place in oven until warmed through, stirring occasionally, about 15
