            In small pan
            Cook until thickened:
       2 tb Flour
     1/2 c  Milk
            Cool
            Blend in electric mixer:
     1/2 c  Butter or margarine
     1/2 c  Powdered sugar
  
   Add 2 mixtures together, a dash of salt, flavoring, (a drop of color,
   if desired), and beat on High speed for
