Title: JERK SEASONING DRY RUB

       2 tb Onion powder
       2 tb Thyme leaves
       2 tb Sugar
       4 ts Salt
       4 ts Ground allspice
       4 ts Coarse ground black pepper
       2 ts Ground cayenne pepper
       1 ts Ground cinnamon
       1 ts Ground nutmeg
  
   Shake all ingredients until well blended.  Rub dry mixture over all
   surfaces of meats before cooking.
