       1 tb Dried carrot
       1 tb Dried sweet peppers
       1 ts Dried parsley
     1/2 ts Celery seeds
       1 tb Unrefined coarse salt
       1 ts Potassium chloride
  
   Grind the carrots, peppers, parsley, and celery seeds until all is
   fine. Add the salt and grind, still at high speed, until the desired
   texture. When ground, add the potassium choloride (which is already
   ground), and mix in  by blending at low speed. Store in a small jar
   with a tight lid.
