Title: PUDDING & PIE FILLING MIX

   3 1/4 c  Instant Dry Milk
     3/4 c  Sugar
     3/4 c  Cornstarch
  
   Combine and store in a tightly covered container in cool, dry place.
   Recipe for Vanilla Pudding:      1 cup pudding and pie filling mix, 2
   cups cold water, 1 tsp. butter or margarine, 1/2 tsp. vanilla Put mix
   in a saucepan. Gradully add water and bring to a boil, stirring, over
   low heat. Add butter and vanilla. Stir until butter melts. Pour into
   dessert dishes and refrigerate until set. Chocolate Pudding: Cook mix
   and water as directed above.  Stir in 4 tbsps. unsweetened cocoa
   powder, butter and vanilla and stir until butter melts and mixture is
   smooth. Or use 1 ounce chopped unsweetened chocolate instead of
   cocoa, omitting the butter. Stir well and pour into serving dishes.
   Refrigerate until set.
