     1/3 c  White sugar
     1/4 c  Brown sugar
       1 ts Cinnamon
     1/4 ts Allspice
       4 tb Butter
  
   Combine flour, white sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, allspice and butter
   until moist and crumbly.
