      Title: RANDY POLLAK'S PERSIMMON SALAD

       1 pk Orange jello
       1 c  Hot canned grapefruit juice
   1 1/4 c  Strained persimmon pulp
  
   Mix all together and put into a pan. When set, cut in squares and
   serve on lettuce with fruit or cottage cheese.
