     1/2 c  Italian dressing
       2 tb Dijon-style mustard
       2 ts Cracked or coarsely
            - ground black pepper
       1 lb To 1 1/4 pounds beef flank
            - steak, cut about 3/4
            - inch thick

   Italian dressing and mustard. Using your hands, rub the pepper into
   both sides of the steak; place the steak in a shallow dish. Pour 1/4
   cup of the marinade mixture over the steak, coating both sides
