Title: ROUND STEAK STROGANOFF

       1 lb Round steak, thinly sliced
            And tenderized
       1 c  Sliced onions
     1/2 lb Sliced mushrooms
       4 tb Margarine
       2 tb Tomato Paste
       3 tb Water
     1/2 ts Basil
       1 tb Cornstarch
       1 c  Plain lowfat yogurt
     1/4 c  Sherry or beef broth
       3 c  Cooked noodles
  
   Directions Trim all visable fat and slice beef into strips. Melt 2 T.
   margarine in skillet. Saute onions till soft. Add beef. Brown for
   about 5 minutes. Remove beef and keep warm. Add mushrooms. Stir in
   tomato paste water and basil.  Retun meat to pan and simmer briefly.
   In separate pan mix cornstarch with yogurt, then stir in remaining
   yogurt and cook over medium heat until thickened.  add to meat mixtue
   and heat thoroughly. Thin with sherry or beef broth.  Serve over
