Title: COTTAGE LOAF

       Yield: 4 Servings
  
       1 lb Finely minced lean beef
            Seasoning
            Pinch of mixed herbs
       1    Egg white
       1    Small carrot grated
       1    Medium tomato finely chopped
       1    Medium onion finely chopped
  
   Pre-heat the oven to 190 degrees c or 375 degrees f or gas 5. Place
   all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and blend well until combined.
   Place a strip of foil on a baking sheet and place the mixture onto
   it. Shape into a loaf or use a lined loaf tin. Bake for one hour.
   
   Serve hot or cold.
