       4 sl Bacon
       2    Green Peppers -- chopped
       2 md Onions -- chopped
       3 c  Cooked Rice
      16 oz Can Stewed Tomatoes
       1 c  Tomato Sauce
       1 ts Tabasco Sauce
     1/4 ts Black Pepper
       1 tb Grated Parmesan Cheese
       1 lb Sausage -- cooked
  
   Preheat oven to 325.
   
   In a large skillet, fry bacon until crisp, then drain, reserving fat.
   Crumble bacon. Brown green peppers and onions in bacon drippings. Add
   rice, tomatoes, tomato sauce, Tabasco, black pepper, bacon, and
   sausage. Pour into a greased 2-quart casserole and sprinkle top with
   Parmesan cheese. Bake 30 minutes.
