       4    Potatoes, peeled
       2 tb Chicken fat
       1    Small onion
       2 tb Matzo meal
       1    Egg, well beaten
       1 ts Water
  
   Grate potatoes into bowl of ice water.  Drain all liquid through
   collander..  Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Put batter into
   greased cupcake tins and bake until browned in 350 F. oven.
