       1 c  Flour
       1 c  Water
     1/2 c  Salt
       1 tb Oil
       2 ts Cream of tartar
       4 dr Food coloring
  
   Mix all ingredients in a sauce pan, over low heat. cook until dough
   pulls from sides of pan. Knead by hand until dough is smooth in
   texture. Store in tightly closed container.
