Title: STROGANOFF

       1 tb Cooking oil
       1 lb Lean ground beef
      10 oz Cream of mushroom soup
       1 c  Water
       1 pk Dry onion soup mix
       1 c  Noodles, wide, uncooked
      10 oz Sliced mushrooms
       1 tb Ketchup
     1/2 c  Sour cream
       1    Slice american cheese, broke
  
   YOU WILL NEED: a frying pan with a lid, measuring spoons, a mixing
   spoon and measuring cups. 1. Heat the oil in the frying pan. Add the
   ground beef. Scramble fry until browned and crumbly looking. 2. Add
   the next 6 ingredients to the beef.  Stir. Cover.  Simmer on low heat
   for about 10 minutes until the pasta is tender but firm. Remove the
   lid. 3. Add sour cream and cheese. Stir until the cheese melts.
   Serves 4-6
