       3 c  Flour
   1 1/2 c  Salt
       6 ts Cream of tartar
       3 c  Water
       3 tb Oil
            Food coloring
  
   Combine ingredients and cook over low heat until it comes away from
   the pan and appears like the stuff we know and love!
