EASY-OVEN RICE WITH MUSHROOMS

       2 c  Uncle Ben's rice
       2 c  Chicken consomme (canned -
            Do not dilute)
       1 c  White wine
       1 ts Dried minced onion
       1    Stick margarine (cut in
            Pieces)
       1 cn (4 oz.) mushrooms -- drained
            And cut in p
     1/4 ts Black pepper
  
   Mix all the above ingredients in an oven-proof Pyrex dish. Cover with
   aluminum foil.  Cook in a 350 degree oven for one hour. Serves 6
   people.
