Title: SWEET & SOUR KABOBS

       1 lb Lean ground beef
       1 md Green pepper, cut into
            Squares
     3/4 c  A-1 Steak Sauce
     1/2 c  Plain bread crumbs
       1    Egg, beaten
       6    Cherry tomatoes, halved
       6    Fresh mushrooms, halved
       1 cn (8 oz) pineapple chunks, in
            Its own juice, undrained
            Hot cooked rice
  
   Mix ground beef,1/4 cup Steak Sauce,bread crumbs and egg;shape into 24
   meatballs.Drain pineapple chunks,reserving juice.Mix remaining Steak
   Sauce with reserved juice.Set aside. Thread meatballs,pineapple,green
   pepper,cherry tomatoes and mushrooms on 6 metal skewers.Grill or broil
   kabobs,4 to 6" from heat source,for 10 to 15 minutes or until
   done,turning and brushing with Steak Sauce Mixture,frequently.Serve
   with rice bedding.Makes 6 servings.
